By submitting a booking, clients agree that Trade Show Planners & Experts may collect and process personal data for:

- Reservation fulfillment
- Customer support
- Payment processing
- Fraud prevention
- Legal and compliance obligations

2: Payment Authorization
 

By signing or approving a booking, the client:

Authorizes charges for deposits, balances, and applicable fees
Confirms they are the authorized cardholder
Confirms all information provided is accurate

3: Data Protection
 

All data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and used strictly for operational and legal purposes.

Disputes & Chargebacks

Clients agree to contact Trade Show Planners & Experts first for any billing concerns.

If a chargeback is initiated:

The Company reserves the right to submit all supporting documentation
Including contracts, approvals, invoices, and confirmations
